VIOLET KROGNESS is a student at Texas A&M University, where she is pursuing a degree in public health with plans to enter the nursing field. Violet was actively involved at Calvary during her high school years, where she attended Sunday school, completed both years of the Peer Ministry program, and served on day camp staff for three summers. She excelled in balancing her responsibilities while consistently choosing to invest her time in serving others.

Violet is passionate about caring for people in meaningful and tangible ways. Her heart for service is evident in her continued involvement through her sorority, Alpha Delta Pi, where she supports Ronald McDonald House Charities. Through volunteering at hospitals, organizing donation drives, and participating in service events, Violet has already made a meaningful impact on families in need. She has also stepped into a leadership role as Director of Ritual Education, where she helps guide and educate members while upholding the organization’s values and traditions.

Violet’s long-term goal is to become a nurse, a path that aligns naturally with her servant’s heart. Inspired by both her personal experiences and the legacy of her grandmother, she is committed to using her gifts to care for others in their most vulnerable moments. We are confident that Violet will continue to seek opportunities to serve, lead, and make a difference—both in her community and in the lives of those she encounters.
